Sometimes you may need to download the contacts of wine companies as a file. For example, to conduct an email campaign for wine importers or distributors. Vinaty offers a convenient option for downloading companies. You can download either a single contact or multiple contacts at once. The number of contacts for downloading/exporting is limited only by the number of downloads available to you.
Download a separate wine distributor contact
Go to the directory and open the company you are interested in by clicking on the company name or the arrow on the right side of the company:
In the opened company profile, click the download button in the right section:
Download a group of contacts at once
You can also download multiple companies at once in a single file. To do this, you need to select the companies you want to export from the list. You can select all companies on the page or select individual companies by clicking the checkbox to the left of the company name. After that, please click on the Download button:
Confirmation and selection of the format and type of data
After clicking, you will see a notification that will indicate how many contacts of wine distributors you are going to download, and how many credits will be written off. In this window, you can also select the file format: csv or xlsx, in which the file will be downloaded. You may also choose whether you want to download the company profiles, just the list of emails, or both. Downloads are not deducted from your account when re-downloading the same companies. So feel free to return and download the contacts again in a different format or other types of data. You can then confirm your choice. If you have enough download credits, the download of the csv/xlsx file will begin automatically.
Previously downloaded wine distributors
All previously downloaded contacts can be found in the ‘Downloads’ section. As long as your profile is active, these wine distributor contacts will always be available to you for free.
