Whistler Cornucopia returns from November 6 to 16, 2025, in the iconic alpine town of Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. Set against the backdrop of the Coast Mountains, this culinary and beverage celebration unfolds in one of North America’s top resort destinations. Tourism Whistler organizes the festival, creating a vibrant space where professionals and enthusiasts meet. Visitors enjoy easy access to Whistler Village and nearby cultural landmarks, including the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre and historic trails leading to scenic viewpoints and glacial lakes.
Since its first edition in 1997, Cornucopia has grown into Canada’s premier fall food and drink festival. Initially launched as a wine-focused weekend, the event now spans eleven days and includes spirits, craft beer, and gourmet food experiences. Each year, it draws thousands of guests, including sommeliers, distributors, restaurateurs, and global media. Cornucopia features expertly curated tastings, winery-hosted dinners, panels, educational seminars, and interactive culinary workshops. Notably, the festival includes industry-only sessions designed to support business growth, networking, and market development.
Cornucopia 2025 will focus on premium wines, artisan spirits, and emerging beverage trends across curated trade and public experiences. Wine importers and distributors can explore a diverse portfolio of producers, including new labels entering the Canadian market. The Trade Tasting provides direct access to buyers, restaurateurs, and provincial liquor board representatives. Meanwhile, the “Cellar Door” event offers an intimate setting for rare wine tastings and producer introductions. As always, the festival balances business with lifestyle—featuring winemaker après-ski gatherings, mountaintop pairing dinners, and wellness-themed brunches. With its unique blend of mountain charm and international flavor, Cornucopia remains a key destination for wine and spirits professionals seeking inspiration and connections in Western Canada.
