ProWein debuted exactly 30 years ago in Düsseldorf. And this year, for the first time, following Shanghai, Singapore, Hong Kong, São Paulo and Mumbai, ProWein is coming to Tokyo. ProWine Tokyo made its debut in Japan in 2024 as the country’s only dedicated trade fair for wine and alcoholic beverages. Building on the legacy and network of ProWein—the world’s largest wine and spirits trade fair in Düsseldorf, Germany—ProWine Tokyo brings the latest products and industry trends to Japan each year. Hosting over 5,000 exhibitors and around 50,000 visitors from across the globe, the event provides a central platform for professionals to discover new products, connect with international peers, and engage with Japanese experts.
Over almost 30 years, ProWein – with its more than 90,000 visitors worldwide – has become the most important market place for wines, spirits and craft drinks. „ProWine Tokyo“ provides a platform as the only-one professional wines & spirits trade fair in Japan. Succeeding „Wine & Gourmet Japan“ tradition and transferring ProWein‘s community network, ProWine Tokyo will be a place to meet variety of new products, trends and professionals from the industry worldwide. Moreover, held alongside FABEX Tokyo, ISM JAPAN and anuga SELECT Japan, ProWine Tokyo provides an opportunity setting to forge new industry networks across the synergistic wines and spirits, beverages and food sectors.
