On August 30, 2025, the annual Grape Stomp Festival will return to Paradise Hills Resort in Blairsville, Georgia, nestled in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains. Organized by Paradise Hills Winery Resort and Spa, this one-day celebration blends traditional harvest activities with fine wine and mountain hospitality. The event takes place just a short drive from Brasstown Bald, Georgia’s highest peak, and the historic town square of Blairsville, where Appalachian culture and Southern charm converge. Guests enjoy vineyard views, art vendors, gourmet food, and access to the resort’s spa and wine-tasting terrace.
The Grape Stomp Festival began over a decade ago as a community harvest party. Over time, it evolved into a signature regional event drawing wine lovers from across the Southeast. Each year, festivalgoers gather to stomp freshly harvested grapes in vintage barrels, echoing Old World winemaking customs.
