Winemakers, enthusiasts, and industry professionals – buyers, restaurateurs, wine shop owners, importers, distributors, chefs, sommeliers – will gather once again in Bologna to celebrate good, clean, and fair wine.
On February 23, Slow Wine Fair invites wine enthusiasts and professionals to explore its marketplace and events. Attendees can enjoy the tasting counters, sampling thousands of showcased wine labels, and engage directly with producers. Wine lovers can also attend conferences, participate in discussions, and join Masterclasses led by producers and experts, offering an in-depth look at the unique qualities of featured wines.
On February 24 and 25, the event is exclusively dedicated to industry professionals – buyers, restaurateurs, wine shop owners, importers, distributors, chefs, and sommeliers. These professionals will find a curated selection of top Italian and international wineries, evaluated by Slow Food and a panel of experts, all employing virtuous production methods in both vineyard and winery.
