Established in 1987, the event brings together around 300 exhibitors, including winegrowers, négociants, and cooperatives, representing key Loire subregions such as Pays Nantais, Anjou-Saumur, Touraine, and Centre-Loire.

The exhibition attracts approximately 4,300 professional visitors, making it a significant meeting point for buyers and industry professionals in France. In addition to wines, the show features related categories such as craft beverages and highlights emerging producers, with young winemakers accounting for about 12.3% of participants.
