Pour Choices Wine Fair is a one-day event celebrating naturally made U.K. wines, featuring a diverse lineup of low-intervention winemakers, cider makers, and producers. Held in Brighton at Wagner Hall on 12th April 2025, the fair brings together independent growers, wine enthusiasts, and industry professionals to explore and enjoy wines made with minimal intervention, spontaneous fermentation, and sustainable vineyard practices.
Attendees will have the opportunity to taste, learn, and connect with winemakers, while also experiencing a carefully curated selection of food and drink from local traders. With a focus on community, transparency, and craftsmanship, Pour Choices offers a platform for producers to showcase their work and for guests to discover the best of U.K. natural wine.
