“JAPAN’S FOOD” EXPORT FAIR is an international B2B exhibition dedicated to Japanese food and beverage exports, bringing together global buyers and Japanese suppliers. The event serves as a platform to discover premium ingredients and specialties, combining traditional products with modern innovations.
The fair takes place twice in 2026 at Tokyo Big Sight: the Summer edition from June 24 to 26 and the Winter edition from November 11 to 13. Organized by RX Japan, the event is supported by key national institutions and aims to promote Japanese food exports worldwide.
The exhibition covers a wide range of categories, including agri-food, seafood, processed products, beverages and alcohol, confectionery, tea, health foods, and food-related services such as logistics and equipment. It attracts importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and food service professionals from international markets.
In addition to the exhibition, the Hosted Buyer Program offers selected participants access to networking opportunities and meetings with leading Japanese suppliers. The event focuses on facilitating business connections, product sourcing, and long-term partnerships within the global food and beverage industry.
