This wine is 100% Syrah. Fermentation takes place in steel vats for 15 days, later the wine undergoes a period of 9 month in French barrique of second use to not give oaky notes very aggressive. The wine is very fine and elegant with 13 degrees; ruby red in color with spicy notes of black pepper typical of the grape. It's a wine suitable for aging with more 15 years of life.
