Wine's description
RIPARO is our SASSELLA DOCG, one of subzone of Valtellina Superiore Docg. This wine is the result of traditional red wine fermentation and of the next aged in wood for 24 months. Riparo has a brilliant color, garnet, with complex bouquet (floreal and fruity smell). Persistent and elegant aftertaste, with almond notes. It's perfect in pairing with lamb or aged cheeses.
