Pinin is our tribute to Pippo Iuppa, father of the founder. It is made from 100-year-old, free-range indigenous grapes, including "relic" varieties recovered with commitment and passion from an ancient vineyard found among the brambles on our property. Twisted saplings that have met the challenge of time and still give us the exclusivity of a rare and authentic product. The strict selection of the best bunches, the careful vinification in accordance with traditional methods and aging in ideal conditions. Our best way to thank Pinin.

A full and fragrant white, Pinot Grigio Alto Adige Le Clivie originates in vineyards located at 400 metres above sea level, in alluvial soils with lots of detritus, right at the heart of the South Tyrol Wine Road. The peculiarity of the land, and production techniques that are attentive to the environmental balance, offer a crisp, pleasant and full-bodied wine. In keeping with South Tyrolean tradition its name pays tribute to the grape pressing celebrations, an old country custom celebrated today in the region’s most important cellars and inns.

he DOC Venezia terroir starts from the pre-alps, at the foothills of the Dolomite mountain chain, a plain characterised by wide rivers, waters which surge from underground springs of Dolomite origin and various types of terrain. The area involved is the fruit of long period glacier formation and successive alluvial deposits. The multiple soil types can be divided into two macro-areas separated by a strip of springs: the zone of the upper plain and that of the lower plain. The upper plain has, on the whole, gravelly soils, well drained, which force the roots of the vines to sink into the deepest...More about this wine >
