From a very elegant and fine coupage, followinga traditional production process that concludes with ageingon the lees for 15 months, this organic Cava Brut is born,combining craftsmanship with technology. Color: Deep golden colour with green tones. Aroma: Tropical fruit and citrus notes stand out against abackground of very elegant pastries. Palate: Rounded, easy to drink thanks to its fine bubbles, witha long taste that with a long taste reminiscent of ripe fruit andfresh pastries.
