L'INCONTRO is our INFERNO DOCG, the smallest subzone of Valtellina Superiore Docg. This wine tell about vineyards steep slope and the high summer temperature, caused by the glare of the sun on the rocks.This elegant wine is the result of traditional red wine fermentation, with 8 days maceration and 20 moths in wood. It has a ruby color and harmonic flavor. On the palate there is an elegant bitter aftertaste of toasted hazelnuts. L'Incontro is perfect in pairing with roasted red meat and aged cheeses.
