Wine's description
Bright straw yellow colour. The nose expresses intense floral and tropical fruit notes with a decisive citrus touch. On the palate the citrus scent returns and shows a rich and opulent flavour.
FOOD PAIRINGS Goes well with hors d’oeuvres and seafood or vegetable dishes. Excellent with white meats. Perfect with soft and stringy cheeses such as buffalo mozzarella from Campania.
La Guardiense
Situated in Campania, in the South of Italy, the winery represent the largest producer of the region and among the most influent ones expecially with its popular brand Janare. A great focus is given to native, indigenous grape varieties as Falanghina, Fiano, Greco, Aglianico and Piedirosso. Today the winery is a research oriented winery that is giving a unique contribution to a new approach to viticolture and wine technique. Almost 1000 vine-growers member of the cooperative cultivate with proud their grapes on around 1500 ha, 250 of them mapped with latest Technologies for a new approach.
