Produced in Castiglione di Sicilia, in 650 M/ASL
Made with 90% of Carricante and 10% of Catarratto grapes
Fermented in stainless Steel, bottled 10 months from the harvest.
Sight/light straw yellow, shiny and consistent.
Nose/persistent floral and white fruits fragrance, complexly harmonic and elegant.
Mouth/pronounced acidity,elegant in the mouth and persistent minerality that suggest its aging potential.

We are a young winery, located on Mount Etna in Sicily.
We currently have almost twenty hectares of vineyards planted only with indigenous varieties of the area ( Nerello Mascalese and Carricante grapes). We make Etna DOC wines.
The production is of three labels for a total of 20.000 bottles
