Wine's description
The Catalanesca PGI of Monte Somma Essenza is obtained from the pure vinification of Catalanesca grapes, grown on the slopes of Monte Somma, has a straw yellow color and particular fruity and floral aromas.
With its freshness, Catalanesca is the ideal companion for fish dishes and fresh cheeses. It should be served at a temperature of 8-10 ° C.
