ASOLO D.O.C.G. PROSECCO SUPERIORE BRUT MILLESIMATO

This beautifully perfumed and aromatic Prosecco Superiore comes from grapes ripened on the soft slopes of the Montello where the sun lingers to bring out all the most distinctive virtues of the wine. Sensorial qualities: With a fine, persistent perlage in a light straw colour with greenish highlights. The fruity bouquet is dominated by green apples with nuances of pear, white wild flowers, corn flower, and sensations of exotic and citrus fruit. The wine has a soft acidity, a balanced fruitiness with white flowers and an excellent mineral zest strongly reminiscent of the Montello soil where it is grown. It is uncomplicated, light, harmonious and persistent with the variety’s characteristic lightness which makes it famously moreish.
