White wine with mineral flavour, aromatic and olfactory persistence. It has great structure and fragrance, with a nose of fruit with white pulp, citrus fruits, white and yellow flowers, almonds, white fennel, and aniseed. It is fresh and sapid, has a very long finale with the characteristic hint of almonds and a vivid mineral after-taste. We suggest to drink this wine at a temperature of 8-10°C. Verdicchio goes well with fish dishes, shellfish, white meat and cheese. In general it is a great aperitif wine, excellent with fried food!
