The company is located within the territory that includes the historic farm of the Terrasi family, whose vine and wine culture has been handed down from generation to generation, since the times of the Second World War
The company is located at an average altitude of 350 meters above sea level. The vineyards are cultivated with espalier and its density is 4000 - 5000 plants per hectare.
The vines present are for the whites: Cataratto, Grillo, Chardonnay, Viognier and Pinot Grigio; while the vines with black grapes are: Nero D'Avola, Syrah and Cabernet.
All the vineyards are cultivated with the most careful and scrupulous work by the producer members, their families and a group of farmers of fame, experience and professionalism.
The vineyards, carefully supervised by competent technicians, are all treated with controlled and certified bio-compatible methods.
The harvest is processed manually and placed in plastic crates, to preserve the quality of the grapes.
The cellar is equipped with the most advanced technologies for vinification, maturation and aging of wines; these processes, studied and followed at every step by professionals in the sector, ensure that the finished product, ready for the consumer, is of excellent quality and is positioned in a high reference target.
