Our winery is situated in Gambellara, between Verona and Vicenza. We are a new reality in wine business (established in 2012) but we are already well known, as we work with some of the best restaurants (Michelin stars) and enoteche in Veneto.
We produce 3 wines. All of the wines has less than 3 gr residual sugar:
- Extra Brut – 90% Garganega, 10% Durella – Fresh, mineral, with high sapidity and minerality, explosion of citrus notes
- Durello Riserva – 100% Durello – Fine perlage, elegant, notes of hydrocarbons and liquorice
- Cuvée Ginevra – 100% Garganega – Super fine perlage, elegant, notes of bread crust, caramel and white mature fruits
