The winery is based in the Classic area of Soave, in Monteforte d’Alpone village (Verona), the property consist of 12 hectares on the hills where the terroir is volcanic, rich in minerals, with a production of 70.000 bottles. As you know, the area is suitable to the production of white wines, we enhance the native grape Garganega with a small production per hectares (90 Q): the vines are more than 30 years old, guyot implantation. The philosophy of the winery is to cultivate the vines without chemical products, through a sustainable approach to protect the natural environment and no animal additives added to produce “vegan wines”.
We are not using any wood or barrels to finish our wines but just stainless steel , to keep the products as much fresh as we can and at the same time we are playing with late harvest, drying grapes, maceration with skin contact and yeast contact to give more texture.
We are producing also 3 red wines (Valpolicella Sup. Doc, Amarone Docg and last product a Rosso Veronese Igt whit 6.200 bottles numbered) more on the west side of Soave ( Valsquaranto) with lime stone soil which we have 2 hectares with a production of about 20.000 bottles.
